Roberto De Grandis has extensive experience in sales, training, and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Latin America and Asia Distribution Manager at Rowmark since October 2014, Roberto is responsible for sales and marketing in the LATAM region. Concurrently, Roberto has been the Executive Director at Lyon Consulting and Training, leading sales and leadership training initiatives. Past roles include Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Learning CRM within the Acticall Group, where responsibilities involved sales team assessments and training program development, as well as After Sales and Training Manager at Hayward Pool Europe, focusing on product training. Roberto's career began at Johnson Controls in R&D, followed by a progressive trajectory at Gravotech Group, where roles evolved from customer support technician to training manager and international after-sales manager. Academically, Roberto holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanics and a post-graduate degree in Marketing, complemented by technical training in precision and automotive mechanics.
