Tessa May is an accomplished copywriter currently working at The Agency at UF since February 2022, where Tessa contributes to client projects and branding initiatives while honing diverse writing skills. Tessa also gained editorial experience as a Summer Editing Intern with Ocean Drive Magazine, collaborating with Miami-based editors and developing proficiency in various writing styles and research methods. At Rowdy Magazine, Tessa writes online articles focusing on cultural, fashion, and political issues relevant to the Gen-Z audience. Previously, Tessa served as an Advertising Sales Representative at The Independent Florida Alligator, achieving $8,000 in sales and demonstrating leadership and marketing prowess. Tessa's background includes an Advertising BASc degree from the University of Florida, along with a high school diploma in Environmental Science from Naples High School.
