Jagadish Torlapati is a Senior Lecturer at Rowan University since August 2014, where teaching responsibilities include courses such as Introduction to Infrastructure, Water Resources Engineering, and Environmental Engineering I, among others. Prior to this role, Jagadish served as a Post Doctoral Research Associate at NJIT from December 2012 to August 2014, focusing on modeling high pressure air migration in aquifers and developing numerical models for oil spills and biodegradation. Jagadish's academic journey includes a PhD in Civil Engineering from Auburn University (2010-2012), a Master of Sciences in Civil Engineering from Auburn University (2007-2010), and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (1999-2007).
