Van Hieu Le has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they worked as a Power Engineer at VNTT, where they were responsible for constructing, maintaining, and repairing medium to low voltage grids and transformer stations. In 2022, they joined PAT-Krüger Group as an Automation Engineer, focusing on safety and control systems for heavy lifting equipment. Van Hieu played a key role in developing in-house products and had experience with PLC and HMI programming. Currently, Van Hieu Le works as a System Engineer at RoviSys, where they are involved in instrumentation and electrical design, creating instrument lists and compiling procurement documentation for controls and instrument hardware.

Van Hieu Le completed their education in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Van Hieu obtained a Bachelor's degree from Saxion University of Applied Sciences between 2019 and 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2018. Furthermore, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Ho Chi Minh City Electric Power College between 2015 and 2018.
