Joan Colon has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as a System Administrator and IT Programmer & Analyst at Rovira and Rovira Biscuit Corp since April 2009. In this dual role, Joan has designed, developed, and implemented a large production application in Visual Basic that manages over 2000 parameters daily to uphold product quality assurance, supporting more than 50 concurrent users. Additionally, Joan holds a position as IT Programmer & Analyst at Universal Solar Products Inc. since December 2018 and possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Inter American University of Puerto Rico-Aguadilla.
