Nadia Wadzinski is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in technical leadership and systems design. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Rover.com since August 2017, Nadia plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's software and data architecture, driving cross-team projects, and mentoring engineers. Previously, as a Tech Lead for Rover's core marketplace search team, Nadia utilized machine learning technologies to enhance service matching for dogs and sitters. Prior experience includes software engineering at Fusionbox, developing applications for major clients, and teaching as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Puget Sound. Nadia holds a Ph.D. in History of Science and Technology from Princeton University, a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, and a Master's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
