Lisa Martin-Garlic, PHR, is an experienced operations and talent management professional with a diverse background in the pet care industry and recruiting. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Rover.com since June 2022, Lisa also founded M&L Recruiting in September 2015. Additionally, as Co-Founder and COO of PetCareNow from July 2017 to November 2024, significant contributions to the company were made. Prior roles at Fiksu included Vice President of Talent, Director of Business Operations, and Manager of Talent Acquisition, where innovative recruitment strategies were implemented. Earlier experiences encompass management positions at Adecco and recruitment coordination at Cambridge Associates. Lisa holds an M.B.A. in Leadership and Organizational Transformation from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and Cinema Studies from Northeastern University.
