Xin Chen has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various managerial roles. They began working at Staco Systems in February 2015 as a Human Resources Manager and remained there until March 2018. From April 2018 to June 2019, Xin worked at KushCo as an HR People Resource Manager. In July 2019, Xin joined Rove Concepts as the Senior Director of Human Resources, where they are currently employed.

Xin Chen completed their education history as follows:

From 1997 to 2001, Xin Chen attended Experimental No. 2 Primary School (Xicheng), where they earned a Bachelor's degree in business administration.

From 2001 to 2007, Xin Chen enrolled at Experimental High School Attached to North Normal University, specializing in business administration and obtaining a Bachelor's degree.

Lastly, Xin Chen pursued higher education at Renmin University of China from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in business administration as well.
