Rodney Weiss has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to 2013. Rodney started their career as a Technical Support at Mabry Software in 1999, providing technical assistance. In 2006, they worked as a Tutor at the Research Foundation of CUNY for a brief period. From 2010 to 2013, Rodney worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at City University of New York where they developed and planned lectures, administered exams, and graded students' work. In 2012, they joined TracTech Systems as a Software Developer, focusing on web service/application development and inventory tracking using RFID technology. From 2013, Rodney worked at ROVA as a Software Engineer, specializing in web application/API development using .NET MVC.

Rodney Weiss completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at Hunter College from 2006 to 2010. Rodney then pursued further education at The City College of New York, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science between 2011 and 2013.
