Myriem Boussaad is an experienced professional currently serving as the General Manager at Rouya Consultancy since September 2023. Prior to this role, Myriem held the position of Senior Manager for Operations and HR at Art Jameel from October 2017 to July 2023, where significant contributions included the launch of the Jameel Arts Centre in Dubai, alongside the development of robust HR policies and performance management programs. Myriem co-founded the cross-cultural fashion brand And sulaimani from January 2016 to January 2020 and served as an Operations Consultant for Cinema Akil between 2017 and 2019, advising on various operational aspects.
