Jamie Nichols has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management Office at Avaya since December 2009, leading the Thai Military Bank's cloud contact center transformation program. Previous experience includes a long tenure at Nortel Networks from January 1992 to November 2009 as a Project Manager, overseeing significant projects such as the KPMG VOIP deployment, NextGen/SILK MERS Network upgrade, and Verizon Interworking SPM. Jamie Nichols holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Science from Monash University, earned between 1987 and 1991, and attended Eltham College from 1977 to 1986.
