Clinton Cole is a legal professional with extensive experience in technology and corporate law. Currently serving as Product Counsel at Avaya since April 2022, Clinton previously held positions at VMware from December 2015 to April 2022, including Corporate Counsel and Senior Associate Corporate Counsel. Prior roles include Deal Manager and Contract Manager at Oracle America, Inc. from February 2013 to November 2015 and January 2011 to January 2012, respectively, as well as Legal Counsel at CURRENT Group, LLC from February 2007 to January 2010. Clinton Cole earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from The George Washington University Law School and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware.
