George Bryce is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employability development, care services, and mentoring programs. Currently serving as the Engagement Team Leader and Caseworker at Routes to Work since July 2021, George specializes in supporting participants in their journey towards employment. Previous roles include Locality Manager at C-Change Scotland, overseeing care services and staff development, and Service Coordinator at Aberlour, where George coordinated mentoring services for young people. George's earlier experiences include project coordination, volunteer management, and customer service roles across various organizations, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science from Edinburgh Napier University and a National Diploma in Musical Theatre from The Urdang Academy of Performing Arts.
