Shawn Howe is the Business Development Manager for North Carolina & South Carolina at RouteOne. Shawn has over 15 years of experience in the carpet cleaning industry. Shawn started their career as an Area Supervisor at Midwest Carpet Cleaning in 2004. In this role, Shawn was responsible for managing a team of 12 employees, generating sales leads, and processing bids for potential clients. Shawn also performed pricing and salvage-ability estimates for current and potential clients. In 2015, Shawn transitioned to their current role at RouteOne where they are responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding RouteOne's presence in North and South Carolina.

Shawn Howe has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Oakland University and a certification from the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals. Shawn is currently pursuing a business administration degree with a focus in marketing at Macomb Community College.

They work with Ken George - Business Development Manager, Delaware & New Jersey, Kate Hepler - Business Development Manager, Iowa, Kansas & Nebraska, and Valerie Gagne - National Account Representative, Eastern Quebec and Atlantic. Shawn Howe reports to Pat McPherson, Senior Director, National Business Development.
