Lee Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning many companies and roles. Most recently, Lee is the Head of Engineering at Route Konnect. Before joining Route Konnect, Lee worked as the Head of Software Engineering at Medivet, where they rebuilt the engineering function from scratch and delivered the company's first engineering achievement in over two years. Prior to that, Lee was a Software Development Manager at The Access Group and Refinitiv, where they managed teams and owned the delivery and development practices for multiple products. Lee also has experience as a Lead Software Engineer at Refinitiv, helping teams adopt Agile and Scrum methodologies.
