Steven Willy has a diverse range of work experience. Steven currently works at Route as an Account Executive, handling both Mid-Market and SMB accounts. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Business Development Representative and a Business Development Representative at the same company, focusing on enterprise clients. Before joining Route, Steven was certified as a Salesforce Admin at Trailhead by Salesforce, where they gained extensive knowledge of customizing and configuring orgs with the Salesforce platform. Steven also has experience as a Professional Lead Waiter at Blind Dog Restaurant & Sushi, providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with patrons. Earlier in their career, Steven worked at A.M.A Selections as a Guest Relations and Operations Manager, where they managed villa holiday and corporate accommodation bookings, increased customer satisfaction, and oversaw a team of employees. Steven also held the role of Office Assistant and Guest Specialist at A.M.A Selections, performing concierge services and managing arrivals and departures. Steven's work experience also includes being a Business Development Representative at Business Trip Rentals, where they exceeded sales targets, expanded the company's portfolio, and developed relationships with clients.

Steven Willy completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration at SKEMA Business School from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing at Lingnan University, Hong Kong.
