Efrain Fernandez is an accomplished operations and program manager with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as Operations Leader at Route 92 Medical, Efrain is focused on establishing a new manufacturing site for neurovascular products. Previously, as Senior Program Manager at Xenter, Inc., Efrain led the development of advanced cardiovascular products, leveraging a combination of devices, data, and innovative technology. Efrain held roles at Teleflex as Senior Quality Manager, overseeing mergers and acquisitions for a significant global medical device company, and at Stryker as Senior Manager of Operations, managing a large team in the Neurovascular Hemorrhagic business unit. Efrain's career also includes experience as Project Manager for mergers and acquisitions at Stryker, a Senior Quality Engineer at Boston Scientific, and a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Intel Corporation. Efrain holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Costa Rica and an Executive Leadership Certification from the University of Utah, along with a Black Belt in Process Excellence from ASQ.
