Temi Abiola has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. They began their career as a Network Operations Center Engineer at Intercellular Nigeria PLC in 2007. They then worked as a Technical Sales Executive at Direct on PC Limited, where they identified new markets and presented technical solutions to clients. They also collaborated with design and architecture teams to create customized solutions based on customer requirements. In 2013, they became a Software Test Lead at Execview, overseeing test activities. They joined BT Group in 2014, starting as a Technical Consultant before transitioning to roles such as Tech Product Manager and Senior Technical Product Manager. They managed various product initiatives and projects within the company. In 2019, they joined Tesco as a Product Manager, focusing on optimization. They then moved to Borrowell in 2021, where they served as a Product Lead for Transactional Products. At CircleCI, they held the positions of Staff Product Manager, responsible for pricing, and Group Product Manager, leading integration efforts with different source triggers. Currently, Temi Abiola holds the position of Product Lead at Routable since 2023.

Temi Abiola has a Master's degree in Telecommunications and Networks from City, University of London, which was obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, Temi Abiola earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Physics from Obafemi Awolowo University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010.
