Lindsay Ericson has demonstrated extensive experience in audience services within the theater industry, primarily at Roundabout Theatre Company. Since March 2014, Lindsay has excelled as Associate Box Office Treasurer, supporting the Head Treasurer and overseeing box office staff. From 2003 to 2014, Lindsay held various roles including Assistant Audience Services Manager, managing an inbound call center and enhancing customer service for ticket sales, Audience Services Trainer, and Audience Services Representative. Lindsay earned a BA in Theatre from SUNY New Paltz, graduating in 2003 and completed secondary education at Edward R. Murrow H.S. in 1999.
