Kate Brodock is a highly accomplished venture capital leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in supporting women and underrepresented founders. As a General Partner at the W Fund since September 2019, Brodock focuses on early-stage, tech-enabled startups. In addition, Brodock serves as CEO of Switch, driving efforts to create an inclusive innovation economy. Brodock has held roles as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Mentor at Techstars since May 2012, and as an Investor in various initiatives, including round21 and Goal Five. Brodock is actively involved on boards for Curastory and Haloo and is a Founding Member of Chief, contributing to the advancement of women in business. Educational credentials include an MBA and MA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School and The Fletcher School at Tufts University, alongside a BA from the University of Rochester.
