Justin Shyu is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Senior Resident Engineer for the ADB Funded Port Access Elevated Highway Project at Roughton International Ltd since September 2020. Prior to this role, Justin held significant positions including Senior Structure Construction Engineer at RDC + MG JV for the Outer Circular Highway Project in Sri Lanka, and Senior Bridge Engineer at Oriental Consultants Global for major bridge construction projects funded by JICA. Additionally, Justin contributed as Senior Bridge Construction Engineer for the Outer Circular Ring Highway Project in Sri Lanka. Earlier career experience includes positions at SMEC JV CECI as Bridge Engineer and Senior Bridge Engineer/Deputy Project Manager. Justin Shyu earned a Master's degree in Project Management and Construction Control from The University of Texas at Austin during 1990-1991.
