Werner Brouwer currently serves as Interim Dean of the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, overseeing initiatives aimed at developing international business leaders for positive societal impact. In addition, Werner holds the position of Honorary University Professor at Óbuda University and has been a Professor of Health Economics at the Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management since 2008. Throughout a distinguished career, Werner has served as Dean of the Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management, Head of the Department of Health Economics & Health Technology Assessment, and Research Director at ESHPM. Leadership roles include chairing the Supervisory Board of the Institute for Medical Technology Assessment and acting as the independent chair of the Board of the TOPGGz foundation. Werner's contributions extend to serving on advisory boards for various healthcare organizations, emphasizing a commitment to enhancing healthcare policies and practices in the Netherlands. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MSc in Health Economics and Economics, respectively, from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
