Wendy Covell is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HR at Rotork since January 2023. Prior to this role, Wendy held the position of Group People Director at Millbrook Healthcare from March 2020 to December 2022. Wendy's extensive background includes serving as HR Director for Western Europe at SMR Automotive Mirrors UK Limited from April 2018 to February 2020, and as Country HR Leader for the UK & Ireland at Eaton from September 2010 to April 2018, where Wendy also served as HR Manager. Earlier in their career, Wendy was the Head of HR for the Software Solutions Group at Innovation Group from August 2008 to September 2010 and held the role of HR Director at SPI Lasers UK Ltd from September 2000 to August 2008.
