Richard Jenkinson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Richard has held various roles in different companies. Some of their notable positions include Head of HR at Rotork, where they led the divisional HR strategy for Rotork Instruments and Rotork Fluid Systems. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Director at Interserve's Developments Division, where they oversaw HR operations for a multinational support service and construction company. Richard also served as Head of Organisational Effectiveness and Senior HR Business Partner at Vodafone, where they provided strategic and operational HR leadership. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior HR Business Partner at Virgin Media, where they led the HR function for the Sales channels and played a key role in merger-related integration activities. Richard also worked as an HR and Development Manager at Camden ITEC, driving organizational change and implementing HR policies. Richard started their career in Japan, working as an English Teacher and later taking on roles as a Multimedia Instructor/Developer and Development Manager at NOVA Corporation. Richard has a strong background in HR and has demonstrated leadership skills throughout their career.
Richard Jenkinson completed their education with a BA in English Literature and History from the University of Kent from 1991 to 1994. Richard then pursued a Masters degree in HR and Development from the University of Westminster between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended Loughborough Grammar School from 1985 to 1991, where they obtained A-Levels in History, English, and Economics, along with various GCSEs. In 2014, Richard received certification from the CIPD as an FCIPD.
