Mark Behne serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at RLC, LLC since March 2020, bringing extensive experience from various leadership roles. Additionally, Mark has a long-standing military career with the United States Army Reserve, achieving the rank of First Sergeant since February 1993. Prior to RLC, LLC, Mark worked as an Aviation Consultant from September 2019 to March 2020 and held the Vice President position at Westwind Helicopters, Inc. from 2011 to 2019, where responsibilities included business development and management of fuel systems. Mark’s earlier career includes serving as Area Manager for Era Helicopters LLC/Tex-Air Helicopters, overseeing multiple bases in the Gulf of Mexico and managing the fuel department and vehicle fleet. Mark is a recognized aviation professional, earning the title of Part 135 Aviation Mechanic of the Year. Mark pursued education at San Jacinto College from 1984 to 1991 in LaMarque, TX.
