Previous roles include General Manager at Côte Brasserie from November 2010 to September 2017, Manager at Cunard Line from January 2005 to February 2008, and Head Waiter at Cunard Line from January 2001 to June 2004, alongside a brief tenure as a Waiter at Seabourn Cruise Line in 2004.
