Bader OULAID is a PhD Student at Cranfield University since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Student at Rothamsted Research in 2020. Before joining Rothamsted Research, they served as a Data Scientist at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University from February 2019 to August 2019, where they focused on crop yield prediction, irrigation scheduling, and estimating crop water deficit using satellite remote sensing and Machine Learning. In 2018, Bader interned at the Ministère de l'économie et des Finances.

Bader Oulaid completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at Cranfield University from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Informatique from Institut National de Statistique et d'Économie Appliquée (INSEA) between 2016 and 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Bader Oulaid also received a Certificate of award for participation in the English Access microscholarship program in February 2013. Bader acquired this certification through their involvement in The English Access Microscholarship Program, which was sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. Additionally, they attained the Big Data Developer - Mastery Award for Students in 2016, which was awarded by IBM.
