Dan Frye is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in lean manufacturing, innovation, and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Lean, Innovation & Engineering at Rotex Global, LLC since May 2022, Dan previously held the position of Senior Lean Manufacturing Staff Manager at GE Aviation from December 2020 to May 2022. Earlier in the career, Dan worked as an Executive Coach at Leading North Advisors and spent over 15 years at Simpler Consulting, an IBM Company, as Executive Director of Advisory & Account Management. Dan's leadership experience also includes a tenure as Director of Operations at Hill-Rom and Engineering Staff at Honda of America Mfg., Inc., focusing on quality in low-pressure die casting. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 1986 and 1991.
