Cory (Hongrui) Kuang has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. Cory(Hongrui) is currently serving as the VP of Software Engineering at Rotender, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, Cory was the Co-Founder and CTO of Bidbus Inc starting from February 2022.

Cory also has significant experience working at prominent companies, such as DiDi and Baidu Inc. At DiDi, they held multiple roles including Staff Software Engineer at DiDi Global from March 2019 to November 2021, and Front End Supervisor at DiDi Quality Tech from September 2017 to March 2019. Prior to DiDi, Cory worked as a Front End Supervisor at Gaotu (NYSE: GOTU) from September 2015 to September 2017.

Before joining Gaotu, Cory worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Baidu Inc. from March 2014 to August 2015. Cory(Hongrui) initially started their career as a Software Engineer at IBM in July 2011 and worked there until February 2014. Cory began their professional journey as a Senior Software Engineer at Wuhan Shengtang Investment Co., Ltd. in April 2008 and remained there until June 2011.

Cory (Hongrui) Kuang obtained a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Beihang University between 2015 and 2018. Prior to this, Cory studied at Wuhan Textile University from 2005 to 2009, where they completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science.
