Henda Kefi is a seasoned professional in VIP customer service and cabin management with extensive experience in the aviation and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a VIP Corporate Cabin Senior at Rotana Jet since January 2017, Henda specializes in providing exceptional onboard experiences, ensuring impeccable cabin appearance, and overseeing luxurious service setups. Previously, Henda held the position of Cabin Manager at Etihad from August 2007 to November 2016, demonstrating excellence in passenger services and advancing rapidly within the company. Earlier roles include Senior Cabin Crew at Gulf Air, Guest Relations & Duty Manager at Safir Hotels & Resorts, and various positions in guest relations and customer service.
