Lisseth Mendoza is an accomplished hospitality and human resources professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Cluster Human Resources Manager at Jumeira Rotana and Villa Rotana since September 2016, Lisseth has held various human resources leadership roles within the Rotana Hotel Management Corporation, including Assistant Director of Human Resources at Towers Rotana Dubai and Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana. Lisseth's career began with Royal Caribbean International, progressing from Guest Services Officer to Front Desk Manager, where exceptional guest experiences were prioritized. Lisseth holds an MBA in International Hospitality and Services Industry Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education and a Licenciatura in Translation and Interpretation from Universidad Ricardo Palma.
