Erika Abad Flores has five years of work experience. Erika began their career in 2013 as a Gerente de Reservaciones for Grupo Real Turismo. In 2017, they took on two roles: an Ejecutivo de Cuentas Empresariales for Ultranet Empresas and a Reservacionista for Marriott Hotels. In 2019, they became a Representante de Ventas for UDLAP. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as a Business Developer and Strategy Management for Rotamundos.

Erika Abad Flores received their Licenciada en administración de empresas turísticas from Cieud between 2008 and 2013. Erika also holds a Certificado del Idioma Inglés from Facultad de Lenguas BUAP and has attended Top-E University.
