Gordon Zimmerman has extensive experience in software development and engineering, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently a volunteer co-host for the Job Networking program at Roswell United Methodist Church since May 2014, Gordon has helped facilitate twice-monthly webinars since March 2020. Previously, Gordon served as a Senior Embedded Software Developer at Ingenico, leading the development of software for payment terminals and the Universal Point-of-Sale application. Prior roles include Sr. Software Engineer at CPT International Inc., where Gordon worked on interactive voice response systems, and Sr. Engineer positions at Lockheed Martin Company and General Dynamics/Computer Sciences Corp, focusing on flight test software development. Gordon holds a BS in Computer Science and BS in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology from Penn State University, where also obtained an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
