Ovidiu Lica has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Ovidiu started their career as a CNC Programmer at IGW in 2003. Ovidiu then worked as a Process Engineer at Lear Corporation from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they joined Calsonic Kansei Corporation as a Senior Engineer from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Nolato Romania as a Production Flow Manager and stayed with the company until 2017. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director of Rosti Romania, a global plastics injection molding company and contract manufacturer. In this role, they are responsible for operations, site development, and sales growth in Romania.

Ovidiu Lica attended Liceul Petru Rares from 1993 to 1997, and subsequently enrolled at Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași from 1998 to 2003. No specific degree or field of study was provided for either institution.
