Kyle Lloyd has extensive experience in maintenance management, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Plastic Components, Inc. since February 2020. Prior to this role, Kyle worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Cargill, overseeing a team of 15 mechanics, 4 electricians, and 2 trainees while focusing on the repair and troubleshooting of industrial equipment. Kyle also held the position of Maintenance and Reliability Planner, where responsibilities included collaborating with supervisors to ensure timely and accurate work completion and creating job plans to uphold industry standards. Earlier in their career, Kyle worked as a Machine Repair Technician at MRPC from August 2010 to December 2017, performing maintenance tasks and developing a world-class preventive maintenance platform. Kyle holds a Technical Diploma in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology from Waukesha County Technical College and has obtained various certifications, including ultrasonic leak detection and vibration analysis.
