Ryan Dishaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ryan currently holds the position of Director of Warehousing at Ross Video since May 2022.

Prior to joining Ross Video, Ryan worked at Procter & Gamble for a significant part of their career. Ryan started as a Production Planner in March 2006 and held that position until January 2009. After that, they transitioned to the role of Site Owner Warehouse Technology & Improvement, where they played a crucial role in analyzing and assessing reports, applications, and budgets. Ryan also worked on developing a warehouse production summary tool and was responsible for liaising with suppliers and monitoring export shipping. Ryan held this position from January 2009 to November 2017.

In November 2017, Ryan moved into the role of Manufacturing & Production Line Leader at Procter & Gamble. In this role, they supervised multiple production line operations and led 4 production shifts with a team of 25 personnel. Ryan conducted quality investigations, implemented risk elimination solutions, managed the onboarding process, delivered department training, and established action plans.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated their skills in operations management, leadership, analysis, and implementation of process improvements.

Ryan Dishaw attended St. Lawrence College from 1992 to 1995, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management.
