Michael Aalders has over 30 years of work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Michael currently serves as a Senior Embedded Software Developer at Ross Video since March 2019. Previously, they worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Motorola Solutions from March 2018 to March 2019. From November 2009 to March 2018, Michael worked as a Senior Software Developer at Airbus Defence and Space. Prior to that, they held various roles at Nortel, including Senior Software Engineer/Designer, Operations Manager, and Development Manager & Networking Software Architect, from June 1996 to September 2009. Michael'searliest work experience was as a Software Engineer/Developer at Bell Northern Research from January 1987 to May 1996, where they worked on Layer3-4 protocols on a variety of packet switches.

Michael Aalders attended Acadia University from 1982 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Math (BCSS).
