James Santry has over 20 years of experience as a software designer. Their most recent role was at Ross Video starting in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Entrust Datacard from 2015 to 2019, where they designed and maintained their Security Manager PKI software. James also has experience at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise from 2002 to 2015, where they worked on their network manager software. Before that, they worked at Tropic Networks from 2001 to 2002 and at Crosskeys from 1997 to 2001, both as a software designer. Their technical skills include C++, C, and Java, and they have experience working on both Windows and Linux platforms.

In 1993, James Santry began their undergraduate education at McMaster University. James pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science during the four-year period, completing their studies in 1997.
