Chris Stockton

Technical Support Architect at Ross Video

Chris Stockton has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies.

From 2004 to 2008, Chris worked as a Professional Services Consultant at Canadian Hydro Developers, Inc.

From 2005 to 2008, Chris worked at RB Computing as a Customer Service Representative, where they managed website services, product management, online quotes, order processing, and provided telephone/Email support.

In 2008, Chris briefly worked at The Pond Clinic as a Project Foreman.

From 2009 to 2014, Chris worked at International Datacasting in multiple positions. Chris started as a Quality Assurance Technician and then moved into the role of Customer Service Technician. Finally, they became a Customer Service Specialist.

Since 2014, Chris has been working at Ross Video. Chris started as a Customer Service Specialist and then transitioned to the role of Technical Support Product Prime for OverDrive. From there, they became a Product Prime & Team lead for Overdrive, Inception, and Streamline. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Support Architect.

Overall, Chris has gained valuable experience in technical support, customer service, product management, and project management throughout their career.

Chris Stockton attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2003 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Computer Systems Tech.
