Cathy Ko-Downey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving in dual roles at Ross-Simons as a Sales representative and at Front Row Event and Production Management as a Retail Merchandiser, where Cathy earned recognition as "the most preferred representative" within just two months. Since June 2009, Cathy has been with AP Staffing, delivering exceptional customer service and promoting teamwork. Prior to these roles, Cathy worked at Ultra Diamonds, now Sterling Group, from March 2009 to May 2014, achieving multiple awards in platinum sales and maintaining high profit margins.
