Van Malone is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and event management. Currently serving as a Remote Intake Specialist II at Ross and Matthews, P.C., since August 2023, Malone previously worked as a Customer Care Advocate for the City of Fort Worth and as Mission Support Supervisor at Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County, focusing on issue resolution and resource access for participants. Additional experience includes roles in event coordination at Legends Hospitality and Bass Performance Hall, patient transport at John Peter Smith Hospital, and customer service at JPMorgan Chase. Malone holds an Associate of Arts degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology from American Broadcasting School and is currently pursuing further education at Tarrant County College.
