Roman Belyaev has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Roman started their career as an Assistant of Driller at JSC Oil and Gas Company Slavneft in 2009. Roman then joined Smith Siberian Services in 2010 as a Bit Engineer, followed by a role as a Drilling Engineer from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they moved to Halliburton where they worked as a Directional Driller, responsible for implementing drilling plans and procedures, and later as a Service Coordinator. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Rosneft as a Drilling Optimization Engineer, focused on enhancing drilling operations efficiency and providing technical solutions and support.
Roman Belyaev attended Tyumen State Oil and Gas University from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Drilling of Oil and Gas Wells.
