Paul Decamp, P.Eng, is an experienced process engineer and project coordinator with a diverse background in engineering and project management across various companies. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Roska DBO since January 2023, Paul specializes in operations and process equipment. At THEFULLWORTH, since February 2018, Paul coordinates projects, develops coaching programs, manages budgets, and provides technical support while overseeing general administration. Previous experience includes a role as Process Engineer at Enbridge, where Paul managed process engineering programs and supported various operational KPIs. Additional roles at Sulphur Experts and Areva have further demonstrated expertise in process optimization, technical support, and project management, resulting in successful outcomes in engineering design and operational efficiency.
