Max Assoulin has had a long and successful career in the fashion and wine industries. From 1997 to 2020, they have held a variety of roles across a number of companies. Theircareer began in 1997 as the Director of Operations for Maurice Max, Inc DBA Lee Angel. In 1999, they held a Law Enforcement Bureau Intern role at the New York City Commission on Human Rights. In 2002, they became the President and Co-Founder of BB Mass Inc / Eleven Twenty Two. From 2003 to 2008, they were the President of Maurice Max, Inc DBA Lee Angel. In 2008, they founded Wildflower Brands LLC and served as President. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Co Managing Partner of Wildflower Management LLC. From 2013 to 2020, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Rosie Assoulin. Most recently, they have been the President & CEO of Vivanterre since 2020.
Max Assoulin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance and Information Systems from the NYU Stern School of Business between 1997 and 2000. Max also completed EEOC Mediation Training from Cornell University in November 1999. In 2011, they returned to NYU Stern School of Business and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership & Change Management and Corporate Finance in 2018.
