Alex Heiskanen has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Executive Director - Sales Strategy at ROSHN, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director - Sales Strategy at the same company from September 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining ROSHN, Alex served as the Vice President International Business Development at DAMAC Properties from February 2020 to April 2021.

Alex has also worked at Foxtons, where they held several senior management positions from 2003 to 2019. These roles include Area Director, Sales and Lettings Director, Operations Director, Sales Manager, Sales Valuer, and Sales Negotiator.

Earlier in their career, Alex worked in the finance industry. Alex was an Institutional Equity Sales at Seymour Pierce from September 2002 to January 2003 and at Altium Capital from October 2000 to September 2002. Alex also had a Summer Internship at Merrill Lynch in 1999.

Alex's work experience also includes a role as a Marine in the Finnish Defence Forces from July 1996 to March 1997.

Alex Heiskanen has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Kent, which they completed from 1997 to 2000. Alex also obtained an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Brussels in 1995 after completing their studies from 1991 to 1995. In addition, Alex attended Maret School from 1987 to 1991. Alex further pursued education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they obtained an MBA Essentials degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2019 to 2020 and a Real Estate Economics and Finance Certificate in 2023.
