Anastasiya Andrieieva

Anastasiya Andrieieva has extensive experience in quality management within the food industry, currently serving as Quality Director at ROSHEN Confectionery Corporation since September 2016. Key responsibilities include developing quality strategies, establishing KPIs, enhancing food safety management systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Prior to ROSHEN, Anastasiya held various quality roles at Mondelēz International, where initiatives were implemented to uphold quality and food safety in Ukraine and new markets, and served as a Development Chemist at Pharma Start focusing on analytical techniques in pharmaceutical production. Anastasiya holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
