Jacqueline Accioly has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jacqueline started their career as an Analyst of Remuneration at Amil in 1996, followed by roles as Coordinator of Remuneration and Benefits at Brasilseg and Coordinator of Project of HR at Telemar. Jacqueline then worked as the Manager of Human Resources and Diversity at Sotreq, where they were responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, training, and negotiation with unions. Jacqueline also held the position of General Manager of Human Resources at Maersk Oil, where they were responsible for implementing HR projects and strategies aligned with the company's global practices. Jacqueline served as the Human Resources Director at Senac RJ - Federação do Comércio and later worked as a Consultant and Executive Coach in a variety of roles. Most recently, they worked as the Head of Corporate Human Resources at TI Safe and is currently serving as the Talent & Culture Director at Rosewood Hotel Group. Throughout their career, Jacqueline has demonstrated expertise in various HR areas, including talent management, culture development, and leadership development.

Jacqueline Accioly holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administração e Negócios from COPPEAD UFRJ, which they obtained between 2005 and 2007. Jacqueline also completed a post-graduate program in Gestão de Recursos Humanos at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 1999 to 2000. In addition, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Candido Mendes between 1989 and 1994. Jacqueline also possesses additional certifications in Coaching Executivo e de Carreiras from ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute, Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from Caterpillar Inc., and Mentoria de Negócios from Inovativa Brasil MDIC.
