Moira Berman has been working with MBC Associates Inc since 2000, where they have held the role of Principal/Consultant. In this role, they have specialized in IT strategy, Corporate Governance, requirements specification, software selection and implementation, and assisting Theme Parks/Entertainment Venues in development. In 2004, they began working with RoseRyan as a Consultant, advising public companies on Sarbanes Oxley compliance and developing IT controls, procedures, test plans, and carrying out the control testing. From 2000-2005, Moira also worked as a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals. In 2005, they began working with Genomic Health as a Sarbanes Oxley Consultant, and with WD-40 Company as a Consultant. Moira has also been a Member of the PMI San Diego Chapter since 2005, and worked as a Sarbanes Oxley Consultant with Maxygen from 2006-2008. In addition, they returned to Rose Ryan in 2005 as a Consultant and to WD-40 in 2004 as a Consultant. Finally, Moira worked as a Sarbanes Oxley Consultant with Bridgepoint Education from 2008.

Moira Berman of MBC Associates holds an MBA/MSc in Management Information Systems from The University of British Columbia, which they obtained between 1977 and 1979. Prior to this, they earned a BSc in Math & Physics from the University of the Witwatersrand between 1966 and 1969. Moira Berman's educational journey began at Springs Girls High.
