Justin Tinoco has extensive experience in the construction and mission-critical sectors, holding various leadership roles at Rosendin since July 2001, including Executive Vice President and Vice President. Justin has managed significant projects such as the MGM City Center in Las Vegas and data centers in Phoenix and Tucson. In addition to tenure at Rosendin, Justin has served as President and Director at Modular Power Solutions since 2011. An educational background includes a degree in Electrician from the College of San Mateo.
