Andrew Hoefling is a Product Design Engineer at Rosenboom Machine & Tool since June 2017, specializing in the design of custom hydraulic cylinders. Prior experience includes a role as a Maintenance Technician at Iowa State University, focusing on routine vehicle maintenance for agricultural operations, and an internship as a Design Engineer with AGCO Corporation, where research on implements of husbandry on highways was conducted. Additional experience encompasses a position as a Civil Engineering Intern with Cherokee County Secondary Roads, where past designs were archived, and earlier work as a Construction Worker at Hohbach Construction. Andrew also worked as a Yardman for Marcus Lumber Co, handling materials and providing customer service. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and a high school diploma from Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn High School.
